I absolutely love Anthropologie For those of you haven’t heard of it, they sell the most beautiful array of lifestyle and home accessories and furniture. I challenge anyone to visit their shop and not fall in love with something. I visited their shop in Miami last year and when I returned to London was happy discover they had opened one on Regents Street. There’s also one on Kings Rd and they currently have a pop up shop in Selfridges.
Anthropologie offers a one-of-a-kind and compelling shopping experience that makes women feel beautiful, hopeful and connected. We invite you into our world – whether it’s our store, website or catalogue – with the hope you take a deep breath and explore until your heart’s content
Here’s a tiny fraction of what I saw and loved…
I was drawn to the rabbit cushion, it looked familiar…and then I remembered. I had enquired after them to stock in my own shop last year but never got round to making an order. They’re made by a company called Thornback and Peel and display their collection at the Cockpit Art studios. You may have heard of it. There’s one in Deptford and one in West Central London
Cockpit Arts has been supporting designer-makers for over 25 years. We are an award winning social enterprise and the UK’s only creative-business incubator for designer-makers
Check out their website for a chance to see other designers and makers.
Bye for now
